If you already submitted the report for the last fiscal year (FY2024), please ignore this email.
This is a request email to submit a report for your use of our computational system for the last fiscal year (FY2024).
Please note that not everyone who received this email is required to submit a report. The following users are excluded from this request.
-users who has not ever used the CfCA computational system except for the temporary account for the seminars held by CfCA
-users who has not ever had an account for the CfCA computational system
-users who had only had a CfCA web account
Also, users who fall into the category 1) below are required to submit a report, while users who fall into the category 2) are not required but are requested for cooperation.
Please read the following carefully and access the report submission form. You can also find the detail of the report submission on the form.
The users who must submit a report are...
1) the one who had an account for the CfCA computational system from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 except for the temporary account for the seminars held by CfCA.
-It is the duty of these users to submit a report.
-You still need to submit your activity report even if you have no publications or other materials during this period.
-Accounts of users who do not report by the due date will be suspended, and the name, research title, and category of the users will be released as non-submission users.
-These measures will be lifted after a report is submitted.
2) the one who had any publications from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 as an achievement of the use of the CfCA computational system in the past.
-We would appreciate your cooperation for submitting a report.
-Knowing users' achievements is essential to effectively operate the CfCA computational system for users.

国立天文台天文シミュレーションプロジェクト計算機共同利用者の皆様、
既に2024年度分の利用報告を提出してくださった方に関しては本メールは無視していただければと思います。
国立天文台天文シミュレーションプロジェクトでは、本プロジェクトが運用する計算機の共同利用に基づく2024年度の研究成果の調査を行っております。
なお、本メールを受け取ったすべての方々が利用成果報告の対象となるのではありません。以下の方々は対象ではありません。
-これまで講習会以外で共同利用計算機を利用したことがない方
-これまで共同利用計算機のアカウントを持ったことがない方
-これまでウェブアカウントしか持ったことがない方
また、以下の1)に該当する方々は回答が必須ですが、2)に該当する方は必須ではなく協力をお願いする次第です。
以下をよく読み、当サイトの専用フォームから利用成果報告をご提出ください。また、本調査の詳細もフォームにございますので、ご参照ください。

1) 2024年4月1日から2025年3月31日の間に講習会以外で共同利用計算機のアカウントを保持していたユーザ
-研究成果出版物の報告および利用報告は義務となります。
-この期間に出版物等が何も無かった場合にも成果報告を提出する必要があります。
-締切までに報告の無い利用者の計算機アカウントは凍結し、同時に報告書未提出者としてその氏名・研究課題名・カテゴリを公表いたします。
-これらの処置は、報告が行われると解除されます。
2) 2024年4月1日から2025年3月31日の間にそれ以前の共同利用計算機利用での成果を公に発表したユーザ
-報告へのご協力、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
-論文等の形で皆様の研究成果を報告していただくことは、本プロジェクトの将来の計算機システムの維持や構築方法、共同利用のあり方自体にも多大な影響を与えます。
